Corvus Consulting is a full-service accounting, taxation and advisory firm helping Nigerian businesses, oil & gas operators, EPC contractors and public institutions plan, comply and grow with confidence.
We are a Business & Financial Consulting firm offering full-service accounting, taxation, Enterprise Resource Planning application, and advisory services, headquartered in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, with a growing footprint across Nigeria. Our Managing Partner is duly licensed by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), and the firm is formally registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission.
We work alongside organisations of every scale and structure — from oil and gas operators and engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contractors, to sole proprietorships, government agencies, trusts, and not-for-profit institutions — providing the assurance, advisory, and compliance support they need to operate with confidence.
Our clients' priority is to focus on growing their core business. Our role is to provide the financial, tax, and regulatory expertise that allows them to do so with complete peace of mind.
To be the leading accountants' and business advisers, delivering exceptional financial and professional services while upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
To work together as an integrated team of professionals, providing outstanding financial services that create lasting value for our clients.
Our values and conduct are firmly grounded in the codes of ethics of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) — reflecting our unwavering commitment to integrity, objectivity, and professional excellence in everything we do.
From day-to-day compliance to board-level strategy, our services are built around what growing organisations actually need from a finance partner.
We help clients navigate Nigeria's evolving tax landscape with confidence, offering corporate and personal tax optimisation, statutory compliance support, and comprehensive risk assessment.
We support businesses seeking financial clarity and control as they scale, providing financial modelling, fundraising advisory, and virtual Chief Financial Officer (CFO) services tailored to growth-stage organisations.
We assist clients in protecting their wealth and navigating complex strategic decisions through detailed advisory services, including succession planning and board-level financial guidance.
We deliver practical training and compliance support across a range of disciplines, including payroll administration, filing of annual returns with State Revenue Services and the Nigerian Revenue Service (Rev360), inventory management, and the implementation of ERP and other small and medium-scale accounting software solutions.
We help organisations modernise how they operate — deploying accounting software, process automation tools, and full-scale ERP and HCM systems, and re-engineering the workflows around them so new systems actually stick. Our capability spans requirements workshops, AS-IS/TO-BE process mapping, Agile backlog and product ownership, system integration and user acceptance testing, and change management through to go-live — demonstrated through recent client-side leadership of a Workday HCM implementation across Core HR, Workforce Management and Recruitment.
